Evan Fournier has been traded by the New York Knicks to the Detroit Pistons. The Frenchman has not played for the Knicks since November 2022.
He will play around thirty games for the Pistons before the end of the regular season. The move puts him back in the race for selection for the French Olympic team. The Pistons are the worst team in the NBA, even worse than Victor Wembanyama's Spurs (10W, 41D). Their record at mid-season is absolutely catastrophic: 43 defeats for only 7 victories.
