Noam Yaakov is included among the 20 most talented Europeans under the age of 20. The 19-year-old center is currently playing for French club Villerban.
Names such as Victor Wombanayama, Bilal Koulibaly and Juan Nunes also appear on the list. "Already impressed in the Israeli national team, will develop into one of the leaders on the continent" says the FIBA website about Yaakov. The center grew up in Denmark and joined the youth department of Hapoel Emek Hefer aged 13.
