Haim Silves will replace Itzik Baruch in the National League. Will try to lead the team from Jaffa, which finished the season in 7th place.
"I leave with my back straight and knowing that I have succeeded in my mission," says Silves. He joined Hapoel Tel Aviv in January and ended his career at the club after a conversation with the club's director of football. The club was in the promotion picture to the Premier League for long parts of the season.
