Primoz Roglic loses 30 seconds to Remco Evenepoel. Fourth stage will offer an arrival at Mont Brouilly for the first time. The finish will be judged at the Col du Fût d'Avenas (5.2 km at 7.2%). The stage will end at the finish in Paris, after 3 km of a steep climb (7.7%).
