The 17 athletes who represented Israel at the World Games in France in June were hosted at the President's House. Virtus Israel, which has existed for 36 years, currently numbers about 4,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities, autism and Down syndrome, from all over the country.

The 17 athletes will compete in seven sports: cycling, athletics, rowing, tennis, table tennis, judo and swimming. Along with them will come 8 coaches and staff. The parents of some of the athletes will also accompany.
