Paulina Dudek has just signed a new two-year contract with Paris Saint-Germain. The 26-year-old Polish defender has been away from the field for many months after suffering two ruptures of the anterior cruciate ligament in her right knee.

The sports management wishes to extend five other players: Élisa De Almeida, Sakina Karchaoui, Oriane Jean-François, Sandy Baltimore and goalkeeper Constance Picaud. After a last turbulent transfer window and the departure of its coach Gérard Prêcheur, the women's section of PSG wants to focus on stability by keeping a group that can dream of a fantastic end to the season. Dumped for the league title, Paris will however play a semi-final of the Champions League against Olympique Lyonnais and will play the final of the Coupe de France on May 4 against FC Fleury (5th in D1). The capital club had committed since the start of the season to renew its lease.
