Qatar beat Iran 3-2 to reach the final of the Asian Cup of Nations. Jordan defeated South Korea 2-0 in the semi-final.
The final will be played on Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Lusail stadium, scene of the World Cup final between France and Argentina. The Qataris are aiming for a second coronation in a row after their victory in 2019. Jordan reached the final for the first time in its history. The Courageous – the nickname of the selection – brought down South Korea.
