The Disciplinary Commission of the LFP announced on Monday that it will render on June 12 its decision concerning the incidents of the match. FC Annecy (which would be relegated to National if Rodez was given winner) explains in a statement on Monday evening to be satisfied with this temporary decision.
The Savoyard club goes even further and threatens to prosecute if the final decision is not in its favour: "In accordance with sporting regulations and common law, we reserve the right, if necessary, to file a complaint with the Public Prosecutor"
