Richard Plugge, boss of the Visma-Lease a bike team, expressed this Saturday April 6 that he was fed up with the delay in implementing additional safety measures in cycling. The leader lost his two stars in quick succession, Wout van Aert and Jonas Vingegaard, after serious falls.
