The 29-year-old has reduced the number of his annual competitions. The turning point came during his Olympic coronation in Rio de Janeiro in 2016, which was much harder for him to achieve than it seems. Apart from his appearances with his club Paris SG in the Champions League, Teddy Riner has only taken part in eight competitive appearances.
