Lisa Hörnblad has had to endure seven operations in the past three and a half years. She tore a cruciate ligament in her right knee during pre-season training in August 2019.
In January 2022, it was the left knee that was badly affected. The 27-year-old is now undergoing autologous blood therapy to try and make a comeback. "I'm very sad about the whole thing and it feels like hell never ends. But I'll make it!!! The fight continues, let's go," she says.
