Kazakh striker Arthur Shushanchev has completed his transfer to Hapoel Be'er Sheva. The 25-year-old scored 48 goals in 128 appearances in the Kazakh league.
He has never played outside of Kazakhstan and if he signs with BS, it will be his first experience outside his homeland.
