Tour of the Basque Country: Roglic takes the wrong route but wins the time trial, Evenepoel falls, Pidcock abandons. Primoz Roglic (Bora-Hansgrohe) won this time despite a big mistake before the finish.

Remco EvenepOel (Soudal - Quick-Step) and Jonas Vingegaard (Visma - Lease a bike) are 4th and 5th respectively. This inaugural time trial was also complicated by the weather conditions (hail) for the last riders to leave.
