Arsenal beat Manchester United 3-1 in the Women's Super League. More than 60,000 fans filled the Emirates Stadium to watch the match.

The previous attendance record in the WSL dated back to December, with 59,042 people recorded during Arsenal's victory against the quadruple title holders Chelsea. Before Saturday, only one women's football match had been played before a sold-out crowd in the Gunners stadium: 60,063 people had been counted for the visit of Wolfsburg in May 2023 in the semi-final of the Champions League.
