Apple is suing a former employee who leaked sensitive information to the media. Andrew Odd used an iPhone he received from work to leak information about more than six products and developments.

Apple believes that the employee's actions were "extensive and deliberate," and that he admitted to leaking information to "kill" products and features he didn't like. The company claims that the illegal leaks resulted in at least five news articles that discussed its confidential and proprietary information. Apple also says these public exposures have hurt its ability to "surprise and delight" with its new products.
