Marcel H., 78, was indicted in July 2022 for acts which allegedly happened between 1992 and 1996 in a home where he worked. In the mid-1990s, the Hainaut depot was requisitioned by the State in order to provide emergency accommodation, under the aegis of Sonacotra.
Most of them were expelled in October 1992 from the esplanade of the Château de Vincennes (Val-de-Marne), which they occupied.
