A parliamentary collaborator filed a complaint for violence against Romain Baubry, a parliamentarian from Bouches-du-Rhône. According to the version of the complaint, which Le Parisien obtained, the parliamentary assistant was with the elected official at the Sénas parliamentary office the day before the complaint was filed.

The deputy then allegedly asked him to leave his professional phone, in which a personal SIM card was inserted, while seizing it. The elected official disputes the facts of which this collaborator accuses him.
