Dino Scala already accused of 54 rapes, attempted rapes and sexual assaults. Two women have made reports of attacks dating back to 1987 in the North, making a connection with Dino Scala.
At his trial in June 2022, Dino Scala admitted to forty of the 56 sexual attempts and assaults for which he was on trial. He was convicted for 54 of them and later appealed, before retracting his statement. The second report was reported “recently” by a lawyer. Her client indicates that she was attacked by a man at the beginning of 1987, in the same town. “Around 7:00 a.m., she would have been surprised by aMan, who had forced her, but would not have taken action,” details the prosecution. The woman was able to flee. RTL mentions a third report, not confirmed by the prosecution and calls “to remain cautious” on these files.
