The Plan district in Valence (Drome) was the scene of a new shooting probably linked to a turf war between traffic traffic and drug traffickers. The two detonations echoed throughout the classrooms.

Once again this Tuesday, the children of the Pierre-Brossolette school were direct witnesses of a probable additional episode, in the turf war waged by drug traffickers in the Plan district.
