Tech giant Alphabet, which has a huge cash pile of $110.9 billion, is considering acquiring Hubspot in a $33 billion deal. The acquisition, if it goes through, would be the largest in Google's history - even more than that of Motorola Mobility in 2011 for $12.5 billion.

HubSpot is a marketing, sales and service platform, and if such a deal does go through, the cost is expected to be very high, and will include a significant premium over the current value.
