Alpes-Maritimes: pro-migrant activist Cédric Herrou arrested again. He announced on X that he had been placed in police custody for “aiding the irregular movement of foreigners in France” Two of his companions, one Gambian and the other Mauritanian, were placed in administrative detention with a view to expulsion.
For reasons that are still unclear, the six men were arrested and taken to the Auvare police station in Nice, an hour's drive away.
