An inmate at Réau prison has the State convicted for subscribing to pay TV channels. The man, imprisoned in Seine-et-Marne, had attacked the State because he was deducted from the amount of a subscription to TV channels to which he did not subscribe.
The case began in November 2016, when the man asked to be compensated by the establishment. He had been deducted every month since February 2016 from the sum of 7.73 euros for this subscription, which he claimed never have subscribed.
