Audi is taking a red line: confusing numbers are being deleted from model names. Double digits for performance are no longer necessary.
The Q8 e-tron and Q6 e-Tron no longer have numerical codes. Audi is revising nomenclature: electric cars will have straight numbers in the future. In the future, the odd numbers will be assigned to combustion engine models. That means the A4 will become the A5 and the electric cars then have numbers on them.
