Aveyron: the fire in a battery storage factory is contained. The fire is under control, but still ongoing this Sunday morning, and could last several hours, “or even days”.
Local residents were evacuated. The origin of the fire is currently unknown. The building is not classified among Seveso sites, i.e. industrial sites presenting a risk of major accidents. But the measurements carried out on site and around the site, made it possible to rule out any risk, at this stage, for the populations.
