Booba will file a complaint against Magali Berdah for defamation and non-respect of the presumption of innocence. On March 19, 28 people were sentenced by the Paris criminal court for the cyberharassment of MagaliBerdah.
In an interview broadcast on France 2 at the beginning of December, Booba rejected any responsibility for the acts alleged against these twenty-eight defendants. Justice suspects him of having sent, between May 2022 and May 2023, at least 487 messages on social networks “directly” targeting Magali berdah, according to elements of the investigation consulted by AFP.
