The Federal Republic is currently experiencing a change in drug policy. The legalization of cannabis for adults will come into force in Germany on April 1, 2024. But this also means that cannabis consumers will take part in road traffic in the future. In contrast to alcohol, there is currently no limit for cannabis where driving can be punished.
