He was taken in by drug dealers who offered him to live in this cellar to keep cannabis. Without water or electricity, 100 euros per month… slave to drug trafficking, he lives for two years in a basement, he told the court. He sometimes went out to wash in a stream and recharged his phone in a house abutting the cellar.
