E-Cells Lab is born, Ferrari will study lithium cells. The laboratory aims to increase knowledge of the materials and the chemical and physical properties of allithium cells.

Ferrari promoted and supported the laboratory through the exchange of know-how with the university. The results will be useful for Ferrari in the development of a common language with its cell suppliers, in order to increase the mastery of the performance of the batteries that will be assembled in the Maranello factories. "E-Cell Lab represents an exciting beginning", says Benedetto Vigna, CEO of Ferrari.
