Peruvian police trap drug dealers with teddy bear on Valentine's Day. Undercover agents discovered two women were selling cocaine paste and marijuana.
The two women belong to the gang "Las tramposas de la droga" (drug cheats) Hundreds of packages of drugs were seized from their home in the north of the capital. Peruvian authorities seized 21.5 tonnes of cocaine in 2023 and dismantled 119 criminal networks linked to drug trafficking, according to the Interior Ministry. The country is one of the largest producers of cocaine.
