Kia will add 9 new hybrids to its lineup by 2028 - News and Previews. Kia expects hybrids to make up 20% of its global sales in 2030, up from 14% previously estimated at the start of 2024.
The percentage of sales of electric models will however increase from 10% to 38% in the same period. Overall, Kia estimates that electrified vehicles will account for 58% - or approximately 2.48 million units - of Kia's global sales by 2030.
