Latvia bans the circulation of cars with Russian license plates. The ban will come into force on February 15th in Latvia.
The vehicles will be seized. The Latvian Interior Minister, Rihards Kozlovskis, declared that the measure represents a symbolic act of solidarity with Ukraine.
