A woman was sentenced Tuesday in Roanne (Loire) to six months in prison. She had beaten an 11-year-old child with whom her son had fought at school.
The defendant, aged 36, was also sentenced by the Roanne criminal court to follow a citizenship course. The mother admitted the acts committed “under the influence of emotion and anger” and expressed “regrets” She was found guilty of violence against minors under the age of 15, followed by ITT.
