Mercedes and Lind to refuel liquid hydrogen trucks - Sustainable Mobility. Thanks to the new sLH2 rapid refueling system, it will be possible to fill a truck with 80 kg of liquid hydrogen in just 15-20 minutes.
The two groups have decided to make the technology used open, to encourage its adoption as a standard for fueling heavy-duty hydrogen-powered vehicles. The first sH2 station, credited with 400 kg per hour of fuel delivery capacity, will be opened in Germany, in Wörth am Rhein, later this year.
