Ibrahim K, 26, was indicted for murder on Tuesday evening in Paris, before being imprisoned. He is suspected of having beaten another migrant to death on Sunday morning on the Saint-Martin canal.
During his hearings before investigators, Ibrahim confesses. “In France, I don’t benefit from any help. This person wanted to sleep in my place. I told him to leave, he attacked me, we fought and it ended badly, he confides. It was him or me”
