A 22-year-old man, living in the Meuse, was indicted and imprisoned. He is suspected of planning violent actions linked to ultra-right ideology.
Indicted for “terrorist criminal association’ with a view to preparing one or more crimes of harm to people. Suspect was placed in pre-trial detention by a liberty and detention judge, according to the Pnat. The other two people had their custody lifted without prosecution at this stage, he added. The investigation was opened in June 2023, then a judicial investigation three months later.
