The Minister of Culture Rachida Dati has summoned the chairman of the board of directors of Renault, Jean-Dominique Senard, to court. Dati accuses Senard of obstructing justice and failing to testify in favor of an innocent person.
“Mr. Senard is calm about this new action, which is unfounded neither in law nor in fact,” reacted to AFP Antonin Levy, Senard's lawyer. The company says it has cooperated fully with the judicial authorities.
