Gang of burglars targeted luxury homes, including those of footballers. Six people were arrested Wednesday evening.
Police seized ten luxury watches, jewelry, more than 3,300 euros in cash and two air guns. In total, the gang is suspected of having gained more than 2 million euros by reselling the stolen goods, according to Spanish daily El Pais. The six people arrested are notably accused of eight burglaries with use of force, theft with violence or intimidation, the use of false documents and money laundering.
