The Guarantor gave the green light to the draft decree of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport. The observations provided by the Office of the Guarantor were taken into account to make the decree compliant with privacy legislation.
The images that constitute a source of evidence for violations of the highway code must not be sent to the home of the vehicle owner with the report notifying the violation. The photographic or video documentation must in fact be made available to the recipient of the report only upon request, ensuring, in any case, that any unrecognizable third parties and license plates of any other vehicles filmed are appropriately obscured.
