The ADAC has extensively tested two tire sizes. Size of the test candidates: 225/40 R 18 and 235/55 R 17 Extreme differences, especially in terms of mileage. New tires are an expensive purchase - especially for large and powerful vehicles. It is therefore advisable to do thorough research before purchasing.
