An investigating judge from Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine) was placed under protection after the discovery of a planned violent action targeting him and his relatives. Justice took these threats very seriously, to the point that a judicial investigation into the charge of “participation in a criminal association with a view to committing a crime’ was opened on August 14, 2023 by the Nantes public prosecutor’s office (Loire-Atlantique).
