The High Court rejected a petition against the Ministry of Transportation and Defense to operate public transportation on Saturdays. The petition was submitted by the Free Israel Association.

Judges Yitzhak Amit, Noam Solberg, and Yael Wilner determined that "there was no flaw" in the conduct of the two ministries on the matter. The verdict states that "an effort was made to 'tailor' a transportation solution according to the changing needs of the various IDF units" However, "it should not be ruled out that the proposed solution is not the best solution," wrote Judge Amit.
