Sébastien R., 38, known as “Tito”, was again indicted, by commission of request, Friday March 29, by a magistrate of the Specialized Interregional Jurisdiction (Jirs) of Lyon. He is suspected of having organized from his cell the assassination of a suspected drug trafficker in Vénissieux (Rhône), on the night of September 21 to 22, 2022.
