You don't have to be rich to drive a designed second-hand car with a lot of character, that doesn't look like everyone else. Here are five of them from car manufacturers that tried to do something a little different.

The new Beetle got a second chance, arriving in Israel in 2014. It was based on the fifth generation Golf and went up like a Golf. The most successful retro car of all is the most common and which now holds on to its shoulders on what is left of Fiat's passenger car division. The Fiat 500 is still the most popular retro car in Israel, but the Mini Cooper is the best-selling car in the country, with a price tag of NIS 55-90 thousand (about $30-50,000-£25,000) and a safety rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars in the European crash test, 4 airbags and no active systems. The Mini Cooper third generation, religiously preserved the unique design on the outside and inside, but for the first time dared to offer a 5-door version.
