Tried for touching minors, a priest of the Society of Saint Pius. This member of a fundamentalist movement, founded in 1970 by Mgr Lefebvre, is accused of touching seven minors.
The acts were committed at different positions in France, in Saint-Martin-de-Ré (Charente-Maritime) and in Spain. Four years of socio-judicial monitoring accompanied by a definitive ban on carrying out any activity with minors were requested against the clergyman.
