Used car prices are falling, but the time for bargains is not yet right. Prices for electric cars in particular fell by 28 percent last year.
A sale now takes an average of 101 days, 10 days longer than in the fourth quarter of 2022. The average price for an 8 to 10 year old VW Polo with 120,000 to 160,000 kilometers on the clock was 5,900 euros, it is currently a good 8,800 euros, which still corresponds to an increase of almost 50 percent.
