Endeavour, one of the five original space shuttles built by the US space agency, has completed its last mission. In about a year and a half, the shuttle is expected to be displayed alongside the boosters and its fuel tank at the California Air and Space Center.
Endeavor, NASA's "youngest" shuttle, completed 25 missions before the shuttle program was terminated in 2011. The works are expected to take about 18 months, but the opening date of the exhibition has not yet been announced.
