Yonne: at least 70 kg of cannabis discovered at the mayor of Avallon’s home. The drug was discovered during searches carried out as part of a legal operation concerning drug trafficking in the town.
Seven people were arrested, including the elected official and two of her brothers. The latter are suspected of having stored "the goods" at the home, where her father and one of the brothers, convicted ten years ago for drug trafficking, also lived. Another search is also underway at his workplace, according to the same source.
