Try it in Potsdam. Günther Jauch lives there - and it's obviously pretty easy to approach the showmaster. In any case, the 63-year-old despite his reputation is not constantly surrounded by fans and bodyguards, as he now revealed.

He has no problems with intrusive fans or other people who recognize him: "I've never had a bodyguard in my life," said Jauch. "I move with the discounter as well as in the hardware store, I do that very much and I have no problems in public."

For example, the presenter collaborates with Berlin star chef Tim Raue, who wants to open a new restaurant at Villa Kellermann in Potsdam - the historic building belongs to Jauch.
