In the trial for the murder of an 18-year-old on Usedom against two 19- and 21-year-old men, the public prosecutor's office in the Landgericht Stralsund has demanded a life sentence for the older defendant. The younger was due to his serious personality disorder in the prison treatment in a psychiatric hospital to be accommodated.
In addition, the prosecutor applied for a ten-year juvenile detention. Both defendants should also note the particular severity of the guilt. A premature release after 15 years would be as good as impossible.
The defendants are accused of insidiously killing the pregnant young woman in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in the middle of March and stabbing her out of murder. They wanted to see a person die, prosecutors say.
The co-plaintiff joined the demands of the prosecutor's office largely, but pleaded for 15 years in prison for the younger. The verdict is expected to fall on Friday.
