Their songs have received many awards and are among the most streamed on Spotify - Camila Cabello is fine. Her first album was released in early 2018, a new one is already in progress.
Now, the singer has told the magazine "Elle" that their new songs are a lot more personal. The reason: The past one and a half years have been very special for them.
"It was the first time I experienced what it's like to fall in love," she said. That made her more emotional - and that's why she has more to tell. Although she had previously had feelings for others, but they would never have known. Now the situation is different.

@camila_cabello on her new music: "There was a time when I was listening to these songs." I had to let go emotionally-I sat there and cried so much. I feel an undeniable truth that the album has captured the essence of this point in my life. I always think, 'Could I be more honest? Could I be more open? ' I feel like I've done that better than my first album. "Link in bio for the full #ELLEWIM cover story." Since May, the 22-year-old has been with singer Shawn Mendes. Together they delivered the summer hit of this year with "Señorita". The Latin song was accessed on streaming platforms more than 40 million times and was in Germany for three weeks in the first place charts.
But even if Cabello now processes more personal in her songs: she does not like to talk about her relationship. "I always want the love to stay between me and this person," she said. She feels uncomfortable when she involves outsiders in it. No matter what people say, she and Mendes behaved as if nobody was watching.
